Originally released in United States in 1991. There are 8 missions and 10 multiplayer levels in this game, with only one mission and one multiplayer level playable in the shareware demo. The Terminator is a game action developed by Bethesda Softworks LLC and published by Bethesda Softworks LLC. The available arsenal is limited to six weapons out of twelve in the retail version, and four types of explosives. The demo version includes one slightly modified mission from the full game, which is split into three levels that can be played in any order. Future Shock was one of the first first-person shooters to use fully texture-mapped 3D environments and enemies, and to use the mouse to rotate the player's view. Becoming an operative under the command of John Connor himself, the player is sent on dangerous assignments which will help undermine the machines' power and eventually defeat SkyNET.
